This site is a subsidiary online database to “Drug Seeds Alliance Network Japan” programme that collectively receive technological proposals in Drug seeds, platform technologies, Biomarker/diagnostics/regants and Foods and cosmetics technologies for pharmaceutical companies etc.
　The whole technological proposals start from the account registration.

　DSANJ, short for the Drug Seeds Alliance Network Japan is composed of following 2 activities.

･ Provides Online Data Base (ODB): ODB is the Match-Making System for global Pharmaceutical companies seeking for new technologies and Technology Holders.
･ Provides Face to face meeting Arrangement Service (FAS): To enhance the alliance, we arrange one-to-one meeting.

　Following 4 characters appear on DSANJ. *Figure is updated in August 2009.

I . Member user（Search user）
　Member user is a technology miner that belongs to Pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic company that is registered by DSANJ. The Number of them is 111 in 38 companies and are receiving technological proposal in DSANJ. 80 % of member user is not belongs to Headquarter but in-house Research Institute.




II . Account holder (Posting user)
　Account holder is a technology proposer who holds technologies and acquires an account in DSANJ. The number of account holders is 110 e.g. private firms, universities and laboratories.

III . Administrator of the programme
　Administrator of the program is DSANJ controller. Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry plays the central role.

IV . Supporters
　Supporters are organizations that provide various supports to member user, account holder and Administrator.

　DSANJ go through a simple process that includes 5 steps as follows.

I . Technology holders post technology online in their own account for proposal.
　↓
II . Administrator informs member users that the new technology has been posted.
　↓
III . Member user browses data and request for details when they take interest.
　↓
IV . Member user requests for meetings for their interested technologies.
　↓
V . Administrator will arrange one to one meetings.

　Basic concept of DSANJ is as the following image.

　At the OCCI, we are aiming to further Japan's bio technology industry, and are working on the discovery of Japanese and overseas business opportunities, the promotion of bio-venture startups, and the support of technological transfers in the industry among other things. In particular, the Japan Biotechnology Business Competition, which has been held ten times to date, has achieved steady results with more than 148 alliances between technology miner and technological proposer.
　In July 2005, based on the aforementioned results and through the request of pharmaceutical companies, the study group consisting of 6 pharmaceutical companies and 1 each of a trading company, a financial institution, and a development business outsourcing institution was established and more ahead for developing the program that allows to introduce the technologies e.g. drug seeds, platform technologies effectively with efficacy.
　In October 2006,　prototype database lunched ahead of the developing the programme and since then demonstration experiment was held repeatedly for about 30 months to confirm the validity of the database.
　In July 2009, Drug Seeds alliance Network Japan was started as full package programme composed of ODB and FAS.
